Return Policy
Return period: You can return the product within three days of receiving the order.
Return method: We prepare the shipping label, and a shipping company representative will contact you to visit your address and collect the product.

- The product must be in its original condition , inside the original packaging , and must not have been opened or used.
- The original invoice must be kept .
- Offers consisting of more than one product are not eligible for partial refunds.
Payments
- If payment is made via “ Tamara ” or “ Tabby ”, the refund will be processed through them.
- Cash on delivery service fees are deducted upon return, as the service is paid for.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The Diamond Guarantee for free returns does not include offers consisting of more than one perfume.
- The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within a maximum of 21 days from receiving and inspecting the product.

Exceptions not covered by the return policy
- Opened or used products.
- Skin care products, hand care, and oils.
- Free samples and gifts.
- Orders sent from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
International shipping and customs fees: If the international order is not received due to non-payment of customs fees or for any other reason, the value of the fees will be deducted from the return amount.
